If you subscribed via RokuTV, please contact Roku for their refund policy.
On all other platforms, you may cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period or free trial, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period or free trial. Please note that you will not receive a prorated refund of charges for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to the service through the end of the current billing period we are currently not offering refunds for cancellations. If you feel there is a genuine reason such as issues with viewing experience, you may contact customer support (email id here) and we will work with you to find the best solution.
